Choose a lake to get started.
Major solunar windows span one hour before and after the Moon’s upper or lower meridian transit. Minor windows span 30 minutes before and after moonrise or moonset. Dawn/dusk overlap highlights a window intersecting 45 minutes either side of sunrise or sunset. These are planning estimates, not a prediction or guarantee of a catch. Conditions and fish behavior can differ.
Moon and sun events are calculated automatically for the forecast location and its time zone. If a lake location is unavailable, a state reference point is used; those times and weather describe that point and may differ at your lake. Horizon obstructions are not modeled. Weather is a forecast from the National Weather Service; air temperature is not water temperature. Charts use hourly forecasts; pressure shows past observations from the named nearby weather station, not a lake measurement or future pressure forecast. Alerts describe currently active notices at the forecast point, not a guarantee of safe conditions. Water readings require a verified USGS station link, retain their measurement time and may be provisional. Gage height is not water depth. No missing data is estimated.
Baits and techniques come from the selected lake’s existing records. Season and weather tags match wording in those records; they do not establish that a bait will work in today’s conditions. Tournament proof, catch evidence and lake advice retain their separate labels.
